Not sure about an addon that'll automaticaly buy for you, BUT tbh the best way to gain rep is to go to each races starting areas and do all the low level quests there, as a high level character...

It's got a few options you can change with in mazzle options, like hide / show when you log in, hide when you use an item in it...
