There's a little mod called WhoHas (http://wow.curse.com/downloads/details/8857/) that does the tooltip thing (and only that.) I used it until I got Combuctor. I also recommend Possessions...

I think for the second one you are looking for "Titan panel - Itemized Deductions" (which, you guessed it, only works with Titan Panel)


As for the other one, I'm not sure but maybe MobInfo tells...
