Objectives and quest tracker missing

My quest tracker was showing only 1 quest at a time so I tried to use movers to stretch the box however the second I clicked on it, it disapears. I think its down near my mini map but I can not get...

chat frame problems

When I log into Wow on all characters I have only the main chat windows. I am missing my party and my guild chat windows (special channels I made) I do not use another chat mod just what is default....
