LF Specific Proc/CD addon

Ello :)

What's the addon in the middle of the screen (the five icons - bloodthirst, raging blow, c.smash etc) which shows the cooldowns and when the ability is usable ?!

Ello there :) I just cant figure how the aura size works :) I see its somehow relevant to the size of the frames but thats it.

It was called ""coolDown" with capital D and i saw it in video from Firelands and was surprised to see it still works :) But with that name Google is useless :)

Back in the days i used this cooldown addon which was called simply "coolDown". The problem is i cant find it now :( Any ideas ?!
