Question What mod do I need?

What would I look for if I'm wanting to change these for the player, target, and party if possible. I already use ctmod, not looking to change anything else:

I am missing the special action buttons when I do things like special quests or in Shado Pan when you have to Meditate to remove the hate. I've seen it on a few of my toon but not all.
