The numbered boxes are only visible when the frames are unlocked so that you can easily move them. Once you do /buffalo config and press lock they will be hidden.

The "estimated" honor as blizzard calls it is the exact amount of honor for the HK's you've gotten. Sadly it doesn't count bonus honor. Which one might think would be simple to implement.
