Status Bars

Ok ive narrowed this problem down to carbonite, when I disable it the bars go away and when enabled they come back but only on some characters.

Where is the option to disable these bars from showing...

Ok, after hours upon hours upon hours I figured out Blizzard_Combatlog was causing the problem.

Once I deleted these 2 files it was showing what it was supposed to.
