I think it's Ctrl+V for All and 'V' For just hostile, Aloft is the culprit.
Personally I love having Custom Nameplates on EVERYTHING. But I can see where It would get a bit annoying.

sounds like a threat meter like omen or kthreatmeter. Just disable the alert in their own addon settings, or disable the addon(if you dont need it).
