Move the Target Portrait?

So I use eXtreme Unit Buttons, the problem is that the Target Portrait often covers my floating buttons making them unusable. Any addons that can allow me to reset its position or drag it around? ...

wondering if there is an existing, or if its possible for someone to create an addon that causes the buff to auto adjust down if current buff is too high. EG:

using Prayer: Fortitude rank 6 on lvl 5...

I think that buffs would clutter up those bars way too much, buffing is something that rarely has to be done with...

wonder if youd consider putting the shielding button in the group heal "bar" beside the icon. Shielding is an essential part of keeping your party alive :)

thanks. I used both bc_menus, but all of my old addons were giving me so many issues, i guess ill check them out and see if they dont give me any problems and if they do try updating the .TOC

I used to use Rauen track and aspect menu's and it saved me a good 15 buttons free having drop down menus on my minimap.
