Is anyone else having an issue with the 2 skada bars resetting themselves to 49.02 width on every reload of the ui and on login?

Combat spam

im trying to find a mod that will block combat spam like ability isn't ready not enough runic things like that i tried errormonster but can't get it to work and tried pError and that too didn't...
