is there any addon that scales a combat meter by gearscore?

like a relative DamageMeter

now i can see who at top but that is just because he got best gear maybe someone with less gear is performing...

ok i have finally nailed down the exact reproducable problem...

as a warrior, i have 4 fury abilities that get the glow... victory rush, raging blow, slam and execute...

these work fine and show...
