The scroll in chat window mod! cant find it!

Well topic says it all, need a mod to scroll in chat window but cant find the mod I had before! It was linked in a reply on this forum somewhere...

Lightbulb Point system for raiding guilds

We are a big guild which have had a point system, where you get for instance 3 points for killing onyxia and 4 points for killing ragnaros...
When we then kill the mob these points needs to be added...
