Hotkeys Changing Skin

ok, back in cata i had this amazing black ui interface addon, it was not LortUI or Santas
here is the link in the video , it was blacking all the bars even the nameplates, hope someone can help me...

Addon FONTER
Back in MOP and Cata there was an addon called fonter , it could change all the fonts u had ingame , make them bigger etc , have u guys seen it anywhere? i have not found it anywhere
