Question Name of the objective capture bar?

Looking for the name for the "capture" frame (not sure what to even call it!) for when you're capturing a pvp objective (that shows under the minimap)

It could be done, but it would be a big rework that would have to be re-done...

Also, the delay allows for a person getting the "You have been outbid on such-and-such" to leave the middle of nowhere where they are, to go run to an AH to re-bid on it... :D
