As the Author of Archy fixed the Carbonite-related Problem with 1.6.0 this is not neccessary.
1.6.3 works great with Carbonite for me, without changing anything in the Localization.lua.

If you have Worldexplorer 1.0.7 or 2.0.7 installed this addon is causing this error. Look for an alpha version of Worldexplorer on curseforge.com, that fixed this error for me.
