Just dowloaded Satrina Buff Frames 2 and so far it seem to work great.
Only thing I am missing now is the Debuff timers but I am really sure...

Did what you said and it fixed the Tooltips...
Did what you said and it fixed the Tooltips (yay!) but not the buff/debuff timers.. still no sign of those.
Maybe there is some kind of addon I can download that does the buff/debuff timers instead?...
