Seems like this is not a MazzleUI problem since I got help from a GM this afternoon.

This problem is a known issue with Core-WoW and has to be fixed by a GM in-game.
So for anyone with this problem...

You can move the new AutoBar by Shift+clicking the AutoBarFu (in your FuBar) icon. NOT THE TEXT but the ICON!
That way you can unlock the bar to move it.

Mine had 24 rows and since the new AutoBar...

When I place a hotkey in that window it fills the entire window with the same hotkey...
