since the latest carbonite version, when ever i enter a major city I get this password window that pops up, regardless of character. And yes i do still get this if all my addon's are turned off...

can disregard this, found out the culprit, epgp(dkp reloaded) was causing this. as for that addon to update properly it has to be able to see all the officer notes, so they forced the show offline...
