If it's true that Blizzard does its invites in reverse order then I guess we are out of luck.

I submitted my mod around 2AM New Zealand time Saturday, which is like Friday morning for you guys.

As a matter of fact, the mod I published doesn't work out-of-the-box and I'm still working on a user guide, but I submitted anyway...
