Thanks for reporting. Yes, this seems to be a client bug (along with some other spells). Please use cleanse spirit instead which seems to work. (This is no VuhDo problem)

At least this good ol' bug has made it from Cataclysm to MoP :) Seems to be some sort of frame layering client bug. I couldn't find a workaround or something for it yet...
