"Fatality" sounds & co. problem

Hi, after i have upgraded the addons with wow ace updater today, when i log in, i hear often a sound voice telling "Fatality" but i don't know to what problem it's linked.

Any idea on what is it?...

i haven't added any new addons, i've just regularly updated the addons i usually use... and yes all the addons needed are marked in the selection screen :)
