Apparently it has something to do with being a guest, after I logged in it worked fine, then I logged out, tried again, and IE crashed but good.

IE8 under win7, stock install, no mods, no blocking, no nothing. I can search for mods but as soon as I go to any mod page the page flickers a few times then IE pops up a box saying the site...

Well whatever you did it seems to have completely broken the ability to look at mods at least in IE8. Page crashes the tab a few times til IE gives up. I also like how you disabled alternate updaters...
