Looking for a FONT addon

There was one called Fonter which allowed you to change your font on the fly in game . It was outdated in WoD . Is there any similar addon like that ?

Honestly if you like how Blizz's buff frame looks ,why do you not use it ? If it's about the ugly skin , you can try some addons that skin the buffs/debuffs
