Was playing the other day and had UltimateUi (that is another interface addon) on at same time as nui. Ultimateui have a scalable artwork that you can enable and put behind ie actionbars and it...

Hypercam 2
Ive tried fraps it is ok. I found Hypercam 2 though that i think is better, can choose divx encoders etc and even draw out area with mouse to record.
Strongly recomended if fraps doesnt do it for...
