Buttons not fading out when on cooldown

hello, the bar buttons are not fading when they have a action on cooldown, like evasion. so they look like if they were ready but theyare actually on cooldown.....thanks

there is a option in CT_Core that let you show or hide chat arrows.
About bars, just look at barmod options, you just need to investigate the options, thats the way to learn what they do.

chat pannel bugged with ctmod2 update8

arrows dissapear each logon, and chat scroll also disables, have to open ct_core options each logon and uncheck/check each option again...
