The same as the OP, the whole issue happens with me also, reporting the errors from the other addons when program loads then when trying to save is getting the popup concerning not being able to save...

Same thing here, I have also uninstalled newest verison and installed previous version but gave me a whole new list of errors. I have the .NET Framework 2.0 installed and the save feature works ok...
