moving partymember debuffs

Hey,
I hope you guys can help me...

Hey folks,
is there an addon which just stacks the items in my inventory?

e.g. i made 100 Gems, type an slashcommand oder press an button an get 5 Stacks of 20 ?

I know MrPlow does it, but i don't...
