Depends on whether Bongos is locked or not... you just drag them off the bar and drop them "outside". If Bongos is locked you shift-drag (or maybe it is option-drag, can't quite recall right now).

I was running both recap and Violation today and at least they counr dmg identically. I agree tha recap provides a bit more info but I like V's clean interface. I'll be keeping my eyes on V!

Violation sounds very interesting. Personally I'm using Recap for damage after reading several reviews stating that it does a better job of picking up pet, ignoring hits to 2hp trash etc.

I think BarTender is an ACE2 bar mod. Personally I use Bongos and love it. It isn't Ace2 but it is light weight and highly customizable.
