BUG: No Herbalism/Mining notes on non-english client.

Hello,

i have the german client with enEU Language Pack. If i switch to german version, carbonite doesn't record any minig/herb locations.

If i switch to english Version, all locations recorded...

Share quest won't work on non-english clients.

i've found the following problem (bug):

If i run WoW in enGB, other players with carbonite can see all my quest.
in deDE Clients, other players cannot see my quests.
