My addon called Denial also has this function to skip gossips. However, just like ckknight said, holding ctrl key while clicking on the innkeeper should fix this. I know at least two other addons...

found it, at least for me .. it's the SpellCast module of SpecialEvents. He's hooking SpellcastStart() and Stop and other things. Disable it and you may play with joy again ;)
