over here in Germany also most consumer DSL plans are offered at 16Mbit/s. The actual speed is then determined by the length of your landline. Many customers only get 10Mbit/s or even less....

Hmm perhaps the Blizzard fan-page team did create the keys but they are not yet stored in the battle.net database or the update process there is queued for some maintenance reasons.

since the water FX are rendered by your GPU it shouldn't impact your performance that much. Mostly my FPS drops during boss fights when all addons are xchaning data and loads of combat log stuff...

my daily junk-mailbox also contains loads of them. The funny thing is they all come to my three bulk-mail-accounts - but not the one that is registerred as my battle.net account - really funny...
