If I'm not mistaken, this is directly related to one the recent patch updates, not the UI itself.

Actually, I remember reading in a post some time back that the context menu is indeed a custom part of the UI and not a seperate addon that Mazzle included.

I recall seeing somewhere else in the forums, that this behavior is due to the way the custom layouts are anchored.

Using the default layout and modifying to suit your needs seems to be the best way...
