Missing - Strata control minimap button bar/bin
Hello -
There is no strata control for the "Button Bin" (minimap button bar thing) in Carbonite.
As a result, the buttons often overlap UI elements that appear behind it.

4.0.1 and all the accompanying LUA changes/API changes are being presented and implemented currently to facilitate just that - getting addons ready for Cataclysm.
