UltraEdit takes so long to start up, it might as well be a word processor.
I still use it for it's Regex engine though.

You should delete it out of the game. Log in, make changes and /reload.

I just a mod called OpenAll, which simply opens them all. It uses up a tiny fraction of the system resources those other ones do, but it doesn't have sorting capabilites/whatever.

FuBar (more specifically, Jostle) tends to fubar up a lot of mods that move parts of the default ui. Turn it off and if it moves back, you've found the problem.
