Has anyone had problems when dragging frames that they get stuck on the mouse? I find the only way to fix this is to restart WOW.

Any help would be appreciated.

Some noob help needed with DART

I have sort of figured out how to get textures to load, but how do I get rid of the standard wow textures, like the XP bar and the grey background. Also, I DL'ed some textures that are in TGA format...
