I wonder if its a server-side or client-side check? Maybe its possible to bypass the check on the client-side in order to submit the key and the server would be perfectly happy to process it ;-)

Is there any way to get the current development snapshot out of SVN or whatever? Bug #244 has been fixed for over a month now, but Minion is still nearly unusable on OSX since a new official build...
