It's because Real UI is controlling the bartender settings. In order to change this, type /real go to advanced - addon control and untick Bartender. Reload UI, change the settings again and it should...

Why can I not see all the custom fonts that I used to see on older versions? For example I was using Emblem on Recount, cant find it anymore...
