It's not an addon, it's a compilation of addons written by various authors taken from various sources. And it hasn't been updated in 1.5 years. What you could do is take some of the mods you like in there and get updates or alternatives for them. Some probably broke in 2.4 and more with 3.0. (Perhaps more with other patches as well.)
