hey the speaker is part of the discord unit frames addon, type /duf to enter the config mode
then at the top click on self -
down the side are the lables for the various elements
click voice which i think is near the bottom and in the main window tick the hide button
this works for each part of the party frames for example do the same on party and on party pets at the top
