It appears to be cut & pasted from the old aura bars which show multiple rows. Even though only one row is shown here it still bumps up the bar the height of a second row.

Yes.. the cooldown bar code does support multiple rows... looks like I have a wrap-around bug. The bigger problem I'm trying to sort out right now is how to deal with DK talents on cooldown when the runes are all on cooldown. Trying to figure out how to know it without having to have a table of spells in a database.
