Frankly, this is not a big deal. Come patch day, just about all the affected mods will have 3.1 versions ready to go (except those who have elected to fold). Most will be ready before the Patch acutally hits or have decent beta versions now so you can get a bit of a head start. Go through your mods, note which ones you really like and use the Favorites feature of WoWI to keep track of them and to make them really easy to find. Trust me, the Favorites works very nicely!
