While technically speaking we do reserve the right to transfer the license granted to us by the authors to distribute addons. We only have that in case of a buyout type occurrence. We have no intention of breaking the trust placed in us by the authors who upload to us by nitpicking a technicality.
I'm sure that Cairenn and the wowi team would feel the same way. (sorry if I'm speaking out of turn though.)
