Here's a list of ones that it installed for me that I didn't have installed before:
Broker_Recount (I do have Recount installed tho)
Align
AmDead
TB_Core (I have no TB_ mods installed)
XPGain
BetterInbox
MetaMapCVT
Edit: Ace2 was also installed along with the update to Ace3
And FuBar_FactionsFu.lua is somehow in my base AddOns folder....
