The same happened to me!

At the end of the download a dialog box apears saying:

An error as occured while trying to preform the install: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "C:\DOCUME~1\nokster\LOCALS~1\Temp\download-60386555070095933390.exe": CreateProcess error=14001. This application has failed to because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may correct this problem.

So I pressed the OK button! And it stays on Finalizing instalation... and nothing happened.

I fixed this by going to the folder mentioned above and extracted the files to the folder I wanted from a RAR file with the same name and all was good.

Start application executing the file: Minion.jar!

Althougt I could start the application and update it to 2.3.2 no addons show up to be or not to be updated!
