Just to clarify for my self confusion, when you are having the issue you have:
1. Carbonite's maximized map open
2. normal Blizz minimap in the center of nUI (moved there by nUI)
3. InfoPanel page is on the Map page showing the entire zone/battlefield map
And a couple other questions to get a little more info,
What other Infopanel plugins do you use? I see you mentioned the Professions one which I have as well.
When you installed Carbonite, did you integrate the Blizz minimap into Carb's?
