The secondary power bars (soulshards in your case) may work fine for warlocks Zagrei, but I don't think they'd work as a holy power display, they're too small for it.

That's the size/position I use for my pally, too
I also place my runes/totem timers there, just for uniformity. However, I do see the dilemma with size from time to time... what would you suggest, instead?
