Reskinning the raid frame panel, don't think anyone's bothered with this before, but the fact that it's so hideously ugly + I don't want to use an addon for its functionality made me try anyways. Just needs a little polish but you get the idea.
At the bottom left you can see what it's like when it's closed.
I'll get a better solution over time.
