Also there's an issue with those quests that appear on your window without a quest giver, same deal with the ones that are turned in on the spot.
I'm guessing that these two problems are related.

Read the posts at the bottom of page 3. You're using the Beta version, (old) and
http://www.wowinterface.com/download...Carbonite.html is the most current. They use a ... hmm... "unexpected" versioning system. It had me confused too, until I read all of the posts and they discuss the versioning system at bottom of page 3.
