In your example if you look at the XML file you have
<Frame name = "MiniMapTracking">
...
<Texture name="$parentBorder" ....
....
This is the same as
<Frame name = "MiniMapTracking">
...
<Texture name="MiniMapTrackingBorder" ....
....
So using MiniMapTrackingBorder will get the object that is the border.
