I have installed the newest update, and my icons are still flashing as well.
I also use seperate default and carb minimaps. (I have the carb minimap positioned below my regular minimap, but zoomed out a bit to see more of the map.) I hope y'all can get this sorted out!! Thanks for all the effort put into it!
